We believe that an extraordinary ingredient can only be born from an equally responsible operation.
That is why, at Arlés, we understand sustainability as a living practice: a way of cultivating with respect for the land, of producing with awareness, and of growing by generating value for people, communities, and the environment.
Sustainability at Arlés is born from a clear conviction: real progress must be able to regenerate, not just extract.
That is why we have built a model in which agriculture, social management, responsible use of resources, and ethics throughout the value chain all work in the same direction. We want to demonstrate that it is possible to develop high-quality products while preserving the balance between nature, human well-being, and responsible growth.
We understand regenerative agriculture as a tool to restore and strengthen ecosystems. This approach promotes biodiversity, improves soil fertility, and contributes to carbon capture.
In our practices, we prioritize crop rotation, the use of sustainable fertilizers, and the protection of local wildlife. In addition, our Rainforest Alliance certification supports a way of producing that seeks to respect both the environment and the communities connected to the territory.
For us, sustainability also means making better use of every resource and reducing environmental impact at every stage of the process.
We apply circular economy principles from the cultivation of cacay to the final presentation of the product, minimizing waste and optimizing materials. That is why we package our oil in glass, a material that is infinitely recyclable and capable of preserving its properties without losing value over time.
There is no real sustainability without human well-being.
At Arlés, we value social management, respect for human rights, and the creation of opportunities that strengthen the communities where we operate. We generate local employment, promote stability in rural economies, and encourage opportunities for training, education, and personal growth for our workers.
We want to build a work environment that is respectful, inclusive, and aligned with universal principles of dignity and development.
Every stage matters.
That is why we work with a responsible supply chain, in which every link must reflect our values: respect for the environment, social commitment, and principles of good governance.
From the production of cacay to its distribution, we seek partners and suppliers who share this vision, to ensure that every Arlés product not only meets high quality standards, but also a real commitment to the planet and people.
Our commitment does not remain in words.
It translates into concrete decisions: regenerative practices in the field, more efficient use of resources, more responsible packaging materials, support for local employment, and the building of ethical relationships throughout the entire value chain.
This is how we understand sustainability: as a sum of coherent actions that, together, build a deeper and longer-lasting impact.
The Sustainable Development Goals represent an opportunity to rethink the future through collaboration, responsibility, and collective well-being.
Aware of this importance, at Arlés we have taken steps to strengthen our sustainable organization model, aligning ourselves with a global vision that promotes prosperity, environmental respect, and better conditions for people.
We do not see sustainability as a trend.
We see it as the standard that should guide companies that want to remain and transcend.
